When I created the Soft Start playbooks, I didn’t write them for a perfect version of someone.
I wrote them for the version of me - and people like me - who feel stuck, unsure, or tired of false starts.
To test them, I sent early drafts to a few close friends. I wanted real reactions - not praise.
